The apartment is a phenomenal two-story 2-bedroom 2-bath penthouse unit on the third story of a reclaimed industrial building. The unit features wall-to-wall gallery windows, lofted 12’+ ceilings, a private elevator that opens directly into the living room, and an in-unit staircase to the second entrance and storage area on the bottom floor. The space was designed as a home studio to accommodate makers, artists, gamers, occasional social events, and movie/tv viewing parties, and comes fully-equipped with smart lighting, smart thermostat, and cleaning bot.
