I have a 2br 2 bath place to share. The room is 12' by 12' (unfurnished) and has a closet the length of the room and 2 ft deep. Its on the top floor of the complex and has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Its a quiet neighborhood. The rent includes water, sewer, and trash ($600+ elec). I'm easy to get along with as long as your not a thief or a liar. I'm also a clean freak. The bathroom and kitchen must always be clean. Must be 21 or older (I drink). Ad on craigslist
