My home is an older home in city limits on a fairly quiet street in Mocksville, NC. 1 Bedroom, Living Room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry room/toilet area on bottom floor. 2nd floor is what I would rent out that has 1 bedroom, den or sitting room with cable TV, closet or storage area - hardwood floors. Screened in front porch. Large backyard.
I live alone and am fairly quiet and laid back with a small older female dog - Schnauzer. Looking for someone to share expenses. I work full time daytime. I'm lookin for someone also fairly laid back and wanting to share in household chores.
