The house is a two story house with 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths. One of the upstairs bedrooms is available for rent with a bathroom that will be shared. The rent is 750 and that includes utilities and the bedroom come unfurnished, but would be willing to furnish if necessary. The neighborhood is mature and quiet and we know the neighbors around us. We own a yellow lab and cat who are both inside animals. We are a young couple that do not smoke, respect people's privacy and are trustworthy. We expect the same in return. We are looking for mature/professional roommates who will clean up after themselves, preferably non smokers and who don't mind pets in the house.
