Preferred room and roommate description

The building is 2 yrs old, located right off the Bedford L. There is 1250 sq. feet inside with an 800 sq. foot patio outside. Also, this unit has two private parking spots with a gate that leads to the road. So, if you have a car you can also have your own parking spot. The room fits a king size bed comfortably with space.

My roommate is moving out on Dec. 1st, so I am looking for someone to move in relatively soon. A bit about me… I am 30 yrs. old, work pretty hard on the weekdays, and not a huge partier anymore. I don’t use the amazing kitchen as much as I probably should, but when I do, it’s usually on the weekends. I have a 60 lb. dog, who is great to have around the house.

I hope to find a roommate who enjoys being around dogs and could help feed / walk Ollie every once in awhile. Should be conscientious – cleans up after themselves, pays the rent on time, doesn’t pass out on the couch too often...

I would love to find someone with a dog, but it is not essential. At first, Ollie is not great around other dogs, so it would take a little bit to get them used to each other.
