Preferred room and roommate description

Looking for 1 Christian female roommate. Myself and 1 other roommate live here currently. My house is in Riverside, 3 BR, 1.5 Bath, 2 story, 1800 sq feet with unfinished basement. It has a front porch, large kitchen, lots of parking (but no garage), large fenced yard, and will have an area for gardening. Students or non-students welcome. Pets will be welcome as long as they get along with the other animals (2 cats and 2 dogs). Rent is $300/month. All utilities split evenly. Summer rent will cheaper (probably $150/month per person with utilities split evenly). I am a Christian and am looking for other Christian women to live with. I am a software engineer, so I'm kinda nerdy. :) I spend a lot of my free time at home, and I'm looking for friends to hang out with either at the house or around town. I am involved with choir and my church. I occasionally take ballroom dancing lessons. About once every month or two I go back to KC/Lawrence to see my family/old friends. My vision is for the house to be a place of refuge, peace, prayer, teachable-ness, hospitality, order, beauty, God's Word, seeking God's face, and friendship. Family and friends will be welcome.
