Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 23yr old female college student looking for one or two roommates, preferrably female. I had two roommates that had to move out and I need to fill their rooms. Rent is 325 for one person or 217 if both roms are filled. I have a dog that stays outdoors or in her kennel when I am not home. There is washer and dryer already available. There will be no deposit due. The rent price does not include utilities. The two bedrooms are upstairs and have a seperate bathroom. I live in the basement. The kitchen is fairly large. I only have one couch in the living room and there is room for someone who has there own stuff and wants to add. There is a big fenced in yard with a nice deck.
