Preferred room and roommate description
I am a very discreet, professional, low key guy looking for a potential roommate. I work long hours and rarely at home and would really like for someone to come and share my home with. I am about my business and making sure things are taken care of around the house. Have a very nice, 2 story condo / townhouse with great amenities located in the airport area of Memphis. It is very convenient to the expressway, shopping, Wal-mart, etc. The utilites usually run between $170 - 240 per mo....this will be divided between the 2 of us. $600 includes the rent and utilities unless utilities are cheaper than anticipated. Potential roommate should be responsible for their part of the duties of the house. Landscaping is NOT a requirement! Thank God!!! The rooms are a great size with vaulted cielings, fireplace, 2 full baths upstairs, privacy, peace and quiet. Person will enjoy being in this space because I REALLY DO!!! Also, person must be mature in a sense that, they are very independent, self confident and willing to enjoy the luxury of this home.
