There is ample street parking available and property is just one block from the 405 freeway on the Westchester/ Inglewood border. Private bathroom with sink and toilet but will have to use shared bathroom for shower. Additional storage needs accommodated in garage and hallway closets. Cost of utilities will be split three ways (approximately $125 per person). HOUSE RULES: No drugs, Common areas kept clean, Kitchen area kept clean, and quiet hours after 10:30. Not looking for party-guy bringing music, lots of friends, or noise to the condo. ABOUT ME: 46 yrs old; Spent 25 years in the military; Now work in Aerospace industry.
