Preferred room and roommate description
Hi all, I have a room in Garden City, MI in house. The house is 1,800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, and a large basement for storage. It is located on Ford and Merriman, in a nicer/newer neighborhood. It is in close proximity to Schoolcraft College (Garden City campus) and University of Michigan - Dearborn. I was looking for someone to rent one of my rooms. The room includes your own bathroom, covered parking, washing dryer machines, and a place for storage. I also have a computer room, living room with fireplace, and large backyard. The room is setup with DirecTv and DSL Internet (wireless). I am pretty laid back guy. I enjoy all sports, mostly Michigan Football. I also enjoy playing video games. I do occasionally like to hit up the bars every once in awhile. I am pretty clean and try to be very organized. I would like a roommate that is clean, honest, and does not create DRAMA. Basically, all the typical traits one would consider ideal.
