This is a 4 bedroom unit. Three of these rooms are currently occupied. I am a straight male who enjoys re-working materials and "building things". No wife. No kids. I am personable, pretty handy and enjoy entertaining others occassionally. Though not a neat-freak, I try to keep the shared space clean and ask that the new roomie(s) to be so as well. I enjoy having a few friends over every now and then. . . I don't mind if you do too. I smoke indoors as well as outdoors. As for drinking, I like the occasional beer and bar-hopping safari. Although I can be consumed with property management and my seasonal job as a Video Manager, I do enjoy participating in the arts, watching a variety of films, going to live shows or just hanging around the apartment.

Hobbies: designing useable works (i.e. furniture), fishing, hiking, food & cooking, partying.. I'm also new to bicycling.
