Preferred room and roommate description

My wife and I are Looking to share our home with a female, We prefer someone around age 28-55 My wife is an asian woman. I am a white male. This is a family home, Single or Divorced, is ok. The room is furnished with a bed and large dresser, and a TV that is hooked up to cable which has many channels, the furniture is like new.

You will need towels and sheets.Washer ,Dryer and all utilities included. We also have high speedwireless net connection , you will need a wirless N adapter for your computer . The Bathroom will be shared with another female that also lives here.

Location 5 mins away from the beach, and shopping is close. We are in a Safe area, on a dead end street. It is very quiet here, The home is in Largo We are one street from Seminole. Also CLOSE TO St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Clearwater, Tampa. All utilities are included in rent.

Rent is $400 per month, due prior to moving plus 1/2 rent amout for last months rent, and remainer to be paid within 2 months. We want someone that will pay rent on time, and is a responsilble person. And will keep the room cleaned at least once a week, No pets,or heavy drinkers, NO drugs. Note: All smoking will be outside. No over night guest.
