Preferred room and roommate description

The House is in the Lynn Lake Subdivision. The home is 6 years old. I am moving to another location. The house is furniture. But if you have your own furniture that you would like to use, I can put my furniture in storage. The living room is 16.5 x 18.5, the dining room is 16.5 x 12, the kitchen is 16 x 14 with stainless appliance, electric stove, dishwasher and the kitchen includes the laundry closet-(6x3ft) a washer and dryer. I have two rooms available to rent ; it is a split plan so each room is on the opposite side of the house. The third room will not be rented; spare room. There will be a total of two people living in the house. Each bedroom has a different door key-lock for security of your personal items if you choose to lock the bedroom door. There is a house alarm(monitor is extra). This is a very safe neighborhood. Safe and quite area to walk, bike, etc... it is 3/4 of a mile circle around a lake; the neighborhood has 70 houses..No loose pets running around. First the master bed room, 18.5 x14 with walk in closet of 14 x 5. The master bath is 13.5 x 10 with a Roman tub ... The room is furnished with a Queen size pillow top bed, amour with a TV, DVD player and a chase/coach.. the carpet is light tan. The other room is smaller, 14x 12.5 with a private bathroom in the room. The closet is 12.5 feet long with two sets of 4 foot sliding mirror closet doors ..... There is a double bed, dresser, TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a linen closet . There is plenty of storage room. The rent is $550 for this room that includes water, cable, trash and yard maintenance. Electricity will be split with your roommate. I will find another roommate who is compatible to your needs to include the desired household temperature before I rent out the other room. Rent includes cable, water, trash, yard maintenance. Electric will be split among the roommates. Average electric bill in the summer & winter is $90 but in the spring and fall it is about $65.. This is based on 78 degrees average temperature. NO PETS ...NON SMOKER MUST BE EMPLOYED.. I NEED A REFERENCE. It is one minute from the Veterans Expressway for the Anderson Rd exit. Multi-plex movie theater, several chain restaurants, and Publix are two minute away. Airport is less than 10 minutes/$20 per cab ride to airport. Citrust Park Mall and Westshore Mall about 10 minutes away.
