Preferred room and roommate description
1100 square foot ranch house-large yard, maintained by myself, so gardeners are welcome. Three bedroom (one is an office) one bath, decent kitchen with a walk in pantry. Garage with loft storage space. Living room has wood burning fireplace, dining room, lots of new windows, really well insulated. Hardwood floors thruout house. I live with a little cocker spaniel who is the sweetest dog on earth. Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors who all look out for one another. Super easy access to I-5, Hwy 99, Hwy 519, and Hwy 509 and I- 405. Great local shopping. Brand new downtown center. Nice local parks close by as well. Shared utilities, gas heat.
If interested, I will send photos of the house via private email. The room for rent is a 10'.4 x 9'.9 with two nice windows, and lots of light. Generous closet space as well. Looks onto the back yard and side street onto a greenbelt area.
