ROOM #2: 12 X 10 bedroom with full size window and full-size closet with shelves. Share a bathroom with shower and a hall closet with a one other person.

Vegetable Garden, lots of trees, peaceful house. W/D in utility room also downstairs, has a separate entrance if you choose to use it. Upstairs is a common area dining room and big kitchen to share including pans, dishes, utensils, etc and newer appliances. Off-street parking. Near busline.

We are a happy, stable and responsible couple in our 40's. One of us is an accomplished musician/music teacher (but does not practice when others are home in evening). So we prefer someone who works away from home, regular daytime hours. We enjoy a clean house, respect others, are friendly, but like our privacy too. We are open and honest.

Will request a $250 deposit and we run a criminal employment background check. Month-to-Month agreement.
