Both rooms are sunny and overlook fenced backyard, Available October 1st, furnished or unfurnished. New paint and carpet.
Both rooms have about EIGHT FEET of closet space. High speed internet / cable TV / free washer dryer.
Full use of home including living room / dining room / huge family room with fireplace. Fenced backyard with fountain, room to hang out, barbecue or help me garden and grow veggies.
You will be sharing a home with a upbeat, friendly 40's gay male, two loving and cuddly dogs (dachund and min-pin) and a very handsome siamese cat.
Home is in SE corner of Skokie, blocks from Chicago, sculpture garden, bike and jogging paths. Easy street parking
Public Transportation:
97 bus 1 block from door to Howard L (red line) & Skokie Swift (yellow line).
215 bus 1 block from door to Howard L (red line) or Old Orchard
In 2010 a new stop for the Skokie Swift will be opening about a mile from home. Easy walking / biking distance. Will be approx. 4 minute trip from new stop to Howard L.
Some storage available in basement, and rental of 2-1/2 car garage for vehicle or storage available.
