Preferred room and roommate description

Hello, I have a room for rent ...... This is a generic overview of everything. If you are interested in looking at the room my schedule is very flexible to set up a time.

I live in a home across the street from Standing Bear Lake and walking trails, it is located around 132 and Fort Street. I have an upstairs bedroom for rent. The rent is $400./month and it includes all utilities, and washer dryer, cable, internet, full access to living room, dining room, and kitchen, also, patio, yard, possibly off street parking, and garage storage space is available. At times, my children and I (girl 2yr, boy 13yr) can utilize the downstairs family room to allow the renters access to the upstairs living room/tv so they don't feel confined to their rooms. There is another renter, and the two renters will be sharing a full bathroom. The rooms are not furnished. I don't have the exact measurements of the room, but if need be - I will measure it for you) - but it is possibly around 10 x 10 with a large window. NEW CARPET AND PAINT : ) The house was being rented out, but they fell months behind on the rent, and had to be evicted. I decided to move back into the house and find renters to help supplement the living expenses. THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE AS OF 10/31! The room that is available at this time is the green room. The gray room will be available around Jan or Feb of 2010! : ) There is no credit check or lease. I am trying to find responsible, respectful, drug-free people who don't mind children. There is a deposit of one month's rent required. Thank you very much for your time and interest.
