Preferred room and roommate description
I have two rooms available Dec. 1, it's a super nice split entry house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, you would share a bathroom with the other person. Newer appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable, highspeed WIFI, one garage space to whoever is first to fill a room, large backyard (pet maybe negotiable). I'm a 20 year old female college student, I am looking for someone who is down-to-earth, and drama free. Preferably a student or young professional between 18-25 years, gender and sexual orientation doesn't matter and likes to have a good time. I frequently have people over to my place and wouldn't mind seeing new faces! It is very important that you are laid back because my previous roommates were nightmares that caused my life to be hell, they were so dramatic! Thanks for looking!
