I have a room available for someone who wants to be in a GREAT home, and very centrally located. We're fun, open-minded, and hard working students, who like to kick back and relax in our nice house. Our home is on a HUGE lot with its own basketball court and a fully gated pool, not to mention and acre of yard space to throw a football around! We're looking for someone who wants to live close to any school; we're about 5 minutes from FIU, 10 minutes from UM, 10 minutes from Miami-Dade Kendall Campus, 5 minutes from palmetto and the Turnpike, and central to almost anything else. If you're looking for a central location, a beautiful home, a great neighborhood, and very cool and laid-back roommates, you've stopped in the right place. As long as you pick up after yourself and keep things presentable we'll get along great. We like to chill like family, and if we chose each other thats what you'll be a part of. Dont worry about the utilities, eveything will be split by 10...You can't beat that! Hope to meet you soon! By the way, you must love doggies and other animals =) !
