Preferred room and roommate description
The lowdown: Private bedroom available in a nice Two Story 3Br/2ba townhouse. Conveniently located near the 91 and 5 freeways. You will be sharing with 2 other housemates, 2 young professionals who work fulltime, 1 male and 1 female so you must be ok with coed living. New appliances in the Kitchen - New Stove, Microwave and Dishwaster and new Carpet in the living and dining rooms. Freshly painted. Has attached 2 car Garage with direct access to the house and inside laundry hookups. Fireplace in Large Living room, Separate Dining room and Breakfast Nook. 1/2 Bath downstairs and the 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths upstairs. Spacious Backyard, great for BBQ's & Entertaining! It's a really cool place to call home if you want something different from the usual college dorm or apt.
The numbers: $580/month. + utilities split between 3 people $684 deposit. 1 year lease. Available mid November!
The roommates: The 2 housemates. A cool hmong girl and a chill filipino dude. She works as an assistant manager in retail while the other guy owns his own business. These two are very outgoing and live somewhat busy social lives. However, they don't bring the party home, so this is not a party house. But they will occassionally have a friend or two over, and I'm sure you're welcome to invite your friends as well. These are 2 really tolerant people and thye're looking for like-minded individuals who are college-aged or at a young professional level.
