My friend and I have a cute little house in Waterford 10 yrs old. I got married and moved so I am looking for someone to take my room. I think the room is about 11 x 11. Room is $400 a month and that includes all utilites. Very laid back environment … no Drama! Two friendly dogs live there. Other pets will be considered depending on temperament. There are two of us there with very busy schedules so it doesn't feel too crowded.
