I'm looking to move to DC in July from NY. I would like any apartment near a metro b/c i dont have a car. any time b/w 6months and a year, someone who is not "crazy" lol is really my only requirements. If you have an apartment already with an extra room or renting a basement i can rent up to $800 per month. Im laid back, fun (not in a crazy way), and looking to start a great life in dc.
