Washington DC Roommates & Rooms for rent Washington DC

I am a mature professional woman that lives in Fredericksburg, VA but works in Washington, DC. (I am not an intern). I do not want to do the commute and need a home away from home during the week. Since I have every other Friday off, I am in the city only 3 or most 4 nights a week. Would love to find a place with some outdoor space as I'm a Master Gardener, so can help in the garden weeknights. Looking for a place to have some of my own things and create a sanctuary for rejuvenating. I run a busy creative department for a non-profit and like nothing more than to come home, grab a quick bite and a glass of wine and chill out. I am neat, clean, responsible, considerate and non-smoker. Would love to find someone to share a space with who might have the opposite schedule of mine. Not looking for new best friends...just a comfortable, reliable arrangement that works for all parties. Dogs ok with me.
