Hi! I'm looking for a nice single female student or professional to rent a room in my beautiful house on a cul-de-sac in Walnut. It's an amazing neighborhood, safe, quiet, all the neighbors know each other and are so cool. It's Minutes from Cal Poly, Mt. Sac, Cal State Fullerton, the 60, 10, 57, and 210 fwys. There's a pool, jacuzzi, pond, waterfall, and tropical paradise in the yard. Great for BBQ's or a soak in the Jacuzzi after work. The available bedroom is good sized, light and airy with a big window, mirrored door closet, a desk, bed, and drawers that you can use or I can store to make room for your things. You can also use everything in the house. There's a great remodeled kitchen, a big living room, cozy family room, and laundry room. I'm a young, fun, responsible single mom with two boys that are with me occasionally. We're pretty neat and the boys often come with a nanny that cleans up the house, so not much expected of you there. Except that you clean up after yourself and keep your bathroom livable. My house is comforfortable, easy, and friendly. Both of my roommates have been very happy here. My 1st roommate was a student at Cal Poly with a little dog and we got along great. She studied a lot and we were happy to give her privacy, peace, and quiet. I don't have too many people over other than my boyfriend occasionally and a Tuesday night small group bible study.
