This is a DIRECT OCEAN FRONT CONDO, it is a studio! It is at a resort in Dayton Beach. This studio, you WILL NOT BE SHARING, unless you choose to do so with a partner of your own. THERE IS NO ROOM MATE. What is listed is a discription of me, the landlord! WHOM EVER I RENT TO WILL HAVE A PRIVATE OCEAN FROMT STUDIO OF YOUR OWN. The rent includes all utilities, including local phone service, cable, electric, and water. There are no bills that you would be responsible for other than the rent. It has parking, but also has a bus stop on both sides of the street that is no more than a few yards away! It is recently renovated, and completely furnished, including a new queen size bed. It has beautiful ceramic tile on the floor, and the bathroom has also been updated. It has a refrigerator, 2 burners for cooking along with a microwave and toaster oven. It has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, plus pots, pans, dishes and utincils. It has a Dvd player, cordless phone, and iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum for cleaning. All the linens are furnished for the bed, bath, kitchen and pool or beach. There is a coin operaed laundry facility, and a small restraunt. It has an in room safe, and keyless entry into the room, both of which I can set with the code of your choice. Rent depending not only on how long you intend on staying, but the months or weeks that you are looking for as well. Depending on the season, or time you are looking for, I might be a bit flexible. If you are looking for a week during race week, bike week, holiday, or other special event, you should expect to pay more than what is quoted for a week! Live or stay at an ocean front unit, fall asleep to the sound of the waves and the site of the moon reflecting off the water! I am not at home at the present time but if you are interested I will see what I can do about getting you some photos, or I can have someone show it to you.
