I have a newly remodeled 3 beds/1.5baths house, large living room, large kitchen with dishwasher, new hardwood floor. A lovely deck. Fireplace. Tons of Natural light. Laundry included (coin-free!). There is no furniture in the common areas yet.
I am looking for 2 ladies to share the whole unit, which is spacious and has lots of privacy.
The location is also very convenient: 5 mins away from freeway and 1 block away from public transportation (8x, 9, 29)
The rooms have carpet, big closets and share a small balcony. One room is $900, the other $1000. Utilities (PG&E/Water) are separate and super low. We can get cable/internet if we decide on it.
Sorry, but no pets allowed. NO smoking or drugs.

-Straight girl
-I have no children or pets, and I do not smoke.
-I have a healthy social life, which will keep me out of the house regularly.
-I come in late occasionally (cuz a girl must party from time to time)
-I just had my 30th birthday.
-Cleanliness, quiet time, and respect for others and their things/space is not an issue
-I love cooking, trying new recipes, karaoke, movies, my guitar and I’m getting into crafts and gardening. Laughing and staying light are a must! There’s a whole lot more, but we’ll start there :)
