Preferred room and roommate description

my name is jay. i'm a really layed back chill guy. i keep myself and my living space clean. i work during the day so i will be home during the evening most of the time. i am a smoker but i will smoke only outside. i drink on occasion but it never gets out of hand. i am drug free. i get along with everyone and i will pay you if you can REALLY upset me. the reason i say that is because it's impossible. i'm always a happy and chipper person. noise is not an issue with me so bang away and stomp your feet while i'm sleeping. lol i will sleep through it but if i don't i'll just come out and bang away and stomp my feet with you. i'm not a party animal but i do like having "get togethers" with 3 to 5 friends over just hangin out. if you party i will be right there with you as your wing man, the bottom line is.... i'm probably the most chill guy you will find as a room mate. if you drop rent a bit i'll even be kind of like a maid. when i lived with my brother and his wife and two kids, i didn't pay rent but i kept the house clean laundry done and food prepared by the time they came home.
