Looking for a room to rent, with its own bathroom. I don’t drink or smoke. I would like to be close to the ocean front, and I’m very easy to get along with. I've worked at the same place for 27 years and have my own car. I'm down sizing from a 3 bedroom house :) to a bedroom to rent.
