Detroit Area Roommates & Rooms for rent Detroit Area

I currently live in a townhouse located in Shelby Township, Mi. The house is fully furnished, AT&T uverse cable/high speed internet, 1&1/2 baths, bedroom with(out) cable, all utilities included in monthly fee, easy access to major freeways, Lakeside Mall and resaurants/bars nearby. The house is relatively clean, and I would appreciate if it would stay that way. I am looking for a roomate who is respectful of their own things as well as ours. The family room, 1/2 bath, and kitchen are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The available bedroom is not furnished and includes a closet, window, a/c and heat, and cable ready. The general atmosphere in our home is laid back and relaxed. I drink socially, and I also smoke indoors. Overall, a person who is tidy, down to earth, and is responsible/reliable would be a great potential roomate for me.
