Short term preferred, but not critical. Central Austin, near UT and downtown. Cherrywood/French Place. Have a few chihuahua's, but keep the house very clean. I work from home and girlfriend works 8-7. Looking for short term, just to supplement some income. Prefer non smoking professional female. All wood floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Great deck, big fenced back yard. Big screen tv and rarely in living room.
