Well i am looking for a mature person, a responsible person,who can clean up after them selves, easy to get along with,easy to talk to, who can, and will pay on time, a clean person, u will also have to clean up after urself at all times, clean ur area or space etc, no smoking in the apt, u can go outside if u wish to smoke ,please. no drugs, no cussing, real loud noise sure u can play ur radio, but be reasonable, u also need to discuss with me other things that u dont understand, like the uses of certain, appliances etc, just ask questions, please no party and while carry on, just keep it simple. respectfully.all in peace and love. thank you .
