The bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be converted to 2 twin beds. Furnishing include a desk, arm chair, TV, DVD/VCR player, free telephone.

Will rent to a woman, man, or a couple. No pets or smokers, please. Photo I.D and references are required.

I am a middle-age, professional woman who works as a marketing media consultant. I enjoy all that Manhattan has to offer... going to restaurants, museums, concerts, and the theatre.
