We have one room available right now with a spacious kitchen(New fridge and stoves) , dinning room and a small bathroom to share with one person.
The house is located one block north of University Village , by the Burke Gilman Trail, 1min walk to Bus stops , 5min walkto two big grocery stores and the shopping center at U-village.It's very convenient to either bike or take public transportation to most places.The neighborhood is very quiet , pretty and safe. The room is spacious and unfurnished (See the photos )It's a room in a small house with only 4 people living in. But the upstairs and downstairs were separated, so you onlyneed to share with one person. Landry is fee. There is also a big garden where you may want to hold a party .All of us are female , busy graduate student at UW. We are looking for a female , reliable and responsible person to rent this place with us. No smoking andNo pets are allowed. The room is available immediately.
