I currently need someone to sublet my apartment at The Retreat at Lake Tamaha for the months of June and July, this would be perfect for a student needed housing during the summer in Tuscaloosa. It's a beautiful two story apartment, with two bedrooms, but the whole apartment would be to yourself as no one ever claimed the second bedroom. There is a private bathroom in the upstairs bedroom, along with a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen has granite counter tops along with hardwood flooring. Also, there is a washer and dryer upstairs. Very convenient!! The apartment itself is in within walking distance to the clubhouse and pool area. This is a really nice place to live, but I am having to go back home during the summer and need someone to sublet my apartment for during the summer of 2012. The pictures of course are of the model homes of the The Retreat at Lake Tamaha's website. The exterior is the type of cottage that I have with a beautiful front porch and back deck.
