I have one bedroom out of a four bedroom apartment. Rent is $404 a month. Utilities and furniture included. Only bill is the internet/cable bill. Complex has a free gym, tanning bed, pool, volleyball court and community computer lab. Close to the University of Alabama.
I am looking for anyone interested in this apartment! Not picky. Roommates are girls, but it can be coed. College students so preferably college student to lease apartment. One room mate of the three is never there, so bathroom will basically be for one person rather than two.
