We are currently offering special rates for 11.5 month leases starting at $400 a month. We do offer one semester and two semester leases as well. We have a roommate matching program. All you have to do is apply for double occupancy, and we will send you an invitation to our roommate matching page on facebook where you can communicate with other students who have already applied and mutually agree on becoming roommates.
Our apartments are furnished with all utilities included and free satellite TV and wired as well as wireless high speed Internet.
We also have FREE shuttle service every half hour to and from the campus (a 6 minute ride).
Sahara is located only one mile west of the campus which is a 20 minute walk.
We also have a free bicycle program, whereby you give us an $120 refundable security deposit, and we will give you a bicycle and a U lock and a night light kit, that you can use for free while you stay at the Sahara. We’ll even take care of your flat tires or other maintenance issues with the bicycles at no cost to you.
At the Sahara we emphasize safety and security of our residents and as such we have a gated community with the a perimeter fence that is protected from outside intrusion by an infra-red beam system that sounds a locally audible alarm and generates an automatic phone call to our designated staff member alerting him to any breaches of our perimeter wall
Fire safety is also provided through sprinklers and hard wired smoke alarm that is monitored by sophisticated equipment at our office as well as 24 hour live outside monitoring service.
Sahara is rich in amenities, with a beautifully landscaped courtyard, a swimming pool, a whirlpool, an indoor recreation area with an exercise room, a game room, and a mini movie theater with a 104” screen, High Definition projector and 5.1 surround sound, that seats 24 people and where you can play Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii games on the large screen.
We also have a Study Room with terminals that will connect you to the Internet via High Speed Internet. We have both Wired and wireless internet in every apartment as well as free 30 channel satellite TV system. All apartments are furnished and all utilities are included at no extra cost.
