My name is Andrew. I am a 27 year old Materials Buyer for a mfg plant in Auburn Hills. I am currently living alone in my newley remodeld home in Troy and looking for a male or female roommate to share the house with. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in the basement, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, fenced in backyard, and an attached garage. All appliances are stainless steel and less then 6 months old. Digital cable hookup in every room of the house. There is currently one room available as the other is used as a computer room. The house is located just south of 16 Mile Rd and west of Dequinder Rd.
I am very easy going and laid back. Rent is $350/mo plus half utilities (Gas, Electric, Water & Cable/Internet). The average utilities cost per person is between $90 - $100 a month. If you are interested and want to arrange a visit or just request more pics, please feel free to contact me.
