Preferred room and roommate description
We have a large, well maintained home in SE Torrance. My bedrooms are 12x15 and 15x15. We are quiet and keep pretty much to our rooms. There is a large, friendly dog. I am looking for someone who picks up after themselves and leaves the common area tidy. I am asking $1000 a month. I am not opposed to visitors and you will be welcome to share any meals that are prepared.
