Preferred room and roommate description
Second floor of house. You will have a big private bedroom and share: a den, big bathroom, large kitchen, large living room, wireless internet and a big deck off the kitchen. There is a large yard and enclosed entry shared with the downstairs neighbor. The landlord will only allow small caged pets. I prefer to share my home with non/out-side smokers. I would prefer someone who is average in cleanliness, but will help prevent ant infestations by keeping food areas clean. Please contact me with any questions, etc.
