Student at the University of Toledo with a room for rent in a Two Bedroom, One bathroom Apartment near the University of Toledo Main Campus. The apartment is just in a small complex right off of the bike trail. You can walk to campus or ride your bike. The apartment is furnished, except for the room for rent. Rent would be $280 per month and utilities run about $60-70 for gas, electric, 10.0 mbps Buckeye internet, and Dish Network. The apartment has central gas heat and air conditioning. The stove is gas and I have a portable dishwasher that I use. The room is about 10' x 16', with the closet that runs the length of the room (16') and is 2' deep. You can sort of see this in the photo, but the closet opening is not the length of the closet.
I am a senior science student looking for a roommate that is preferably a student as well. I am a very clean person, and have bad allergies. No pets or smoking inside. I find it best to set up a cleaning schedule just so that we are both responsible for cleaning one day a week. I don't have crazy parties, but do have a few people over occasionally. I am rarely home, and very laid back other then doing your part to keep the apartment clean and washing your own dishes.
