This bedroom suite was used for our guests. We have now relocated our guest bedroom upstairs. We are looking for a non-smoker, older more mature pofessional who is somewhere in the 40's and up range, to share our home.
You would have use of the laundry room, Kitchen and pool. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, and dresser. It has a large walk in closet with built-in's for more storage. It has a bookshelf and a separate entrance via the pool. This private Jr. Master comes with wilk in shower with seat, sink, storage and of course the John/Mary.
Come live on this ranch with the owners. If you have a horse needing to be board why not bring them here? Reasonable rates and the comfort of having your horse on the property where you live. May require extra fee for stall use.
You would have your own safe parking space which is off the main road. We live on 10 acres, quiet, High-end sub-division. We also have horses and you could bring yours with you to share the land. May have a stall in the barn provided availabily, but a charge for use would apply. Although we are in Montgomery County we are 5 mins to Magnolia, The Woodlands, and 10 mins to Conroe. At the end of a quiet Cal de sac very peacful yet mins to a PGA public open golf club, and Lake Conroe. Small deposit would apply as well.
