Hi there. I’m contacting you in response to your ad on Craig’s List. I have a master bedroom with a full bath and closet for rent in town center, Virginia Beach. The rent would be $700 flat with all utilities paid. Verizon Fios cable is in the bedroom along with broadband internet and a landline which is included in the rent. The apartment is a split floor layout meaning that all we would have to share is the living room, kitchen along with the washer and dryer.
