Preferred room and roommate description

I am a working professional who is relocating to Tempe from Los Angeles for work. I am a non smoking 29 year old woman. I would prefer a furnished room but am open to non furnished. I do not have any pets but I am open to dogs, No CATS (I am allergic). My job begins Nov. 16th so the room must be available by that date. I am not a neat freak but I believe in living in a clean environment. I will not have a vehicle for a while so I would like to be close to public transportation.
