Preferred room and roommate description
The house is on McClintock and Southern. The whole house is tile besides in two of the bedrooms there is carpet, which is one of the available bedrooms. There is a pool. Each room has their own personal closets and there are 3 extra closets in the hall for storage. There is no monthly maintanence that needs to be done in the front or backyard. There is an alarm system on the house. Rent does not include utilities but does include maintanence for the pool. We already have a female mini Aussie who is the SWEETEST dog ever. I would like to get a cat sometime in the future, so preferrably someone who isn't allergic. We like to party, just usually not at the house. Occasional parties are totally fine with us though.
