I really need a third roommate..its 292 a month plus utilities so about 350..its on the freeway..good area..I am looking for someone around mine and my roommates age so 21ish. I like to party were clean but not OCD about it. I dont care if u smoke but do it on the patio. I travel alot so i am rarely here. you will be sharing a bathroom with me. I have a small dog so i need someone ok with it and not allergic and sorry only one pet allowed. Guys or girls come on i really need a roommate ASAP and i will pro rate ur rent if u move in OCT.
