You will have full use of the house, not just a room, with a shared bath with my female roommate. The house is upstairs and downstairs. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2 full baths upstairs and 1 full bath downstairs plus a 2 car garage. The neighborhood is quiet, close to golf courses, shopping centers and the wineries. I have an under ground pool with spa, covered backyard patio, bar and bbq. I am an outside smoker.
The rent will be month to month. I have Verizon Fios internet and HD t.v., fax machine, washer, dishwasher and dryer for your use. The house is located on a cul-de-sac. With the $600 rent the utilities are included.
I am retired US Navy, 20 years, I work part time at STAPLES. I am the Founder and President of a local non-profit children's organization in Temecula Valley. I work from my office at home and I go to chamber socials at night or work. I am a very quiet individual. I am well known in the community and I have some great friends that I have met through my non-profit organization. I do have a dog that is friendly to all.
