Light use of loft office w/ wireless internet (throughout the home) wireless print, fax, copy for the professional who can remote from home now and then. Pool and covered patio w/ ceiling fans for outdoor dining. home is large enough that you can always find somewhere to find privacy, you won't want to lock yourself in your bedroom here. Indoor Laundry w/ ironing My ideal roommate should be financially secure, employed, clean, tidy,with own transportation. Must submit credit history, NO Drug, Violence, or Criminal History.
