Preferred room and roommate description

I would like a down to earth roommate, I am easy to get along with and I do my fair share of cleaning. I don't expect a really clean person but I'm not into super unclean places either. I don't mind pets as long as it is reasonable. And I per fur only small gatherings at home, except family of course. I'm not sure what my working hours are settling to be yet but probably nights 11-6am So I would be sleep during the morning and afternoons. I work at a solar panel company in Odessa. I don't mind driving up to 40 min to work which has been normal for me driving
