Preferred room and roommate description

I have been living in Wesley Chapel (Bruce B. Downs/County Line Road) for about 2 years and I miss Tampa (I have lived there for more than 20 years) and it's time that I was closer to the city I grew up in and also to be closer to my daughter and all of my favorite stores/restaurants.

I am clean, quiet and I am open to all lifestyles. I do not have any pets but would like to have a cat in the future. I do not work because I am under Social Security benefits, so I would spend all day at home, cleaning and doing general house duties and just hanging out, working on photography and music. I am very responsible and not messy. Not into heavy partying or drugs. Do not smoke either and I would like to live in a place where there was not a lot of HEAVY partying.

I am looking for either female or male roommates.
