Easy going, friendly, polite but not boring. Outgoing personality, but private. No wild parties, drugs or drama. Looking for a responsible person to share the rent. Nice comfortable and clean home. Garage parking, but no room for storage. Prefer no sleep-over guests. Within the community, there are 2 beautiful large indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis, tennis courts, horse shoes arena, bocci arena, huge community center with pool tables, separate rooms for poker players, music, art, ceramics, and computers. In addition, ballrooms, conference rooms, dance classes, etc. They do charge $10 a month per person for the use of those amenities, but require payment in advance for 12 months. If you leave prior to that timeframe, a refund will be provided. If you have a guest, the charge for the guest is $5.00 per day to have access to the entire facility mentioned above. There is also a restaurant and golf course open to the public. No fees required. Each resident must have a transponder on their car. The cost for that is $42. There is a refund of $25.00 upon moving out.
